At BRiiNE, we’re all about pushing limits, staying hydrated, and keeping life in motion. Our story started with me—just a regular dad of four kids under five, a strength and conditioning coach, and a guy who genuinely loves the grind. I’m up at 4:45 a.m., and I don’t stop until the day is done. But, somewhere along the way, my body hit a wall.

Despite my love for the hustle, I started experiencing dizziness, headaches, and brain fog. It got so intense that I ended up at a neurologist’s office, fearing a brain bleed or something serious. Thankfully, the scans came back clear, but I was still left with the question: What’s going on?

I tried everything—better sleep, more water, less coffee—but nothing truly helped. My buddy finally dropped a knowledge bomb: “Dude, if you’re peeing every five minutes, maybe you’re not absorbing all that water.” Turns out, he was right.

The breakthrough came when I noticed my dizziness eased up during workouts when I was taking electrolytes. But lugging around bottles of salty, overly potent sports drinks all day wasn’t practical.
