Pickup Instructions
1. Your order is Ready! (Or…at least it will be within 2 business days of your purchase!)
• Bring the following:
o PO# (Purchase Order #)
o Government-issued ID for verification
2. On Arrival
1. Check in at the man door with warehouse staff, located at the dock doors on east side
of building
2. Staff will confirm:
o PO #
o Your name
3. A team member will bring your order to you promptly!
3. Document Check
• Staff will verify:
o PO# (Purchase Order #)
o Government-issued ID
• Any discrepancies must be resolved before pickup continues.
4. Loading Process
1. Warehouse staff bring you your order.
2. You may inspect goods before loading – Please Report any damage or missing items
before loading and/or leaving the pickup location.
3. Load your vehicle.
4. Sign the Bill of Lading or Delivery Note before leaving.
5. Safety Rules
• Do not enter restricted areas.
• CCTV monitoring is active on site.
